My name is Stephany Peplinski and this is my third year being a part of the wonderful Laker staff. However, I am not new to the Laker family! Both my husband and I are Glen Lake Alum and we have three children that now attend this wonderful school. Along with our children, our family also consists of a sweet pup named Roxy and a bunny, Oreo. When we are not in school we enjoy boating, camping and spending time outdoors.
I have taught a variety of grades throughout my 13 years with the Traverse City Area Public schools system before being welcomed into the 5th grade team here at Glen Lake. It was an exciting move for myself and my family because we always felt that Glen Lake was our home. I love Science and the hands-on opportunities it provides students. There is nothing more special than watching a student have an “Ah-ha” moment while interacting with their own learning. I cannot wait to share the love of learning with the students at Glen Lake, they are certainly the best!
